Preschool Education

Government Grant funding is available to all children from the term after their third birthday and gives each child funding for up to five two and a half hour sessions a week.

At The Little Green Frog Nursery, families have a choice of preschool education.

Our wraparound care means that we can take your child to morning or afternoon sessions at Ashfield Early Years Unit and pick them up again afterwards.

Alternatively you can choose to have your child's grant funded nursery education provided at The Little Green Frog Nursery. Our educational sessions incorporate the 'Stepping Stones' of the foundation stage of the national curriculum. This will be delivered by qualified nursery nurses and a part time teacher.
